Thank you for visiting and shopping at Halfday Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders for our T-shirts are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Polish public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Orders: If an item is custom-printed or made-to-order, processing may take 3 to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

A. Domestic Shipping (Poland)

We offer fast shipping options across Poland via standard postal services and courier partners (e.g., InPost Paczkomaty, DP, ORLEN Paczka, Poczta Polska).

We ship T-shirts to all member countries of the European Union via reliable international courier services.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics bottlenecks, holiday peak seasons, or customs clearance processes.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within Poland & European Union: Orders shipped within Poland and to other EU member states are subject to EU free movement of goods, meaning no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply upon delivery.

  • Outside the European Union: Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country.

  • Halfday Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

You can track your package directly through the carrier's portal using the provided link in your confirmation email.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Halfday Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to pick up from a parcel locker/post office within the carrier's designated timeframe, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged T-shirt, and contact us immediately at sales@halfdaystudio.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has stopped updating, please contact us so we can initiate an inquiry with the shipping provider.
