In accordance with European Union consumer rights directives and Polish e-commerce legislation, we offer a transparent and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Right to Return)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • Cooling-Off Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a full return, all T-shirts and apparel items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

    • In their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

    • Free from stains, perfume/deodorant odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify Us: Before sending back your item, please contact us at sales@halfdaystudio.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your Order Number

    • The name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but greatly appreciated to help us improve)

  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging or appropriate protective shipping packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address:

Note: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

3. Refunds Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return condition requirements.

  • Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your return notice (or receiving the returned goods). The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Original standard shipping costs will be refunded. However, if you chose an expedited shipping method, only the standard delivery fee will be reimbursed. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items showing clear signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.

  • Customized, personalized, or custom-printed T-shirts (unless defective).

  • Items returned past the 14-day notification window without prior approval.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color for your T-shirt:

  1. Follow the standard return procedure above for a refund.

  2. Place a new order on http://www.halfdaystudio.shop/ for the desired size or color.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. If you receive a defective T-shirt or the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@halfdaystudio.shop.

  2. Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damage/defect or incorrect item.

  3. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs, and offer a full refund or a free replacement.
